Liability Insurance
Our policy is as soon as a customer’s car is left in our care, we will take every precaution to protect it. Our specialty designed key cabinets expedite service and reduce the risk of car theft. As part of our parking services, we carry a comprehensive insurance program with coverage in excess of TEN MILLION DOLLARS, covering public liability, property damage, bodily injury and garagekeepers’ legal liability. All our clients are named as additionally insured on our policy.
Compliance
We comply with all federal and state laws in all aspects of its business and its operations. Americans with Disability Act (ADA), EEOC, and OSHA, regulations are strictly enforced and complied with. This is most important to you as a procurer of services, in that under certain circumstances, illegal practices by a contractor can create significant problems for your organizations.
Training
All employees will be fully trained, for all types of parking venues. We will screen all employees for their driving records and past employment. We will ensure that employees assigned for parking positions, are familiar with all types of automobiles, and can drift manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles. Our training program will consist of driving tests, written tests, and classroom orientations, conducted by professionals in the parking industry.
